Kid Cudi Enlists Haim For Indicud

It seems that Kid Cudi is not done getting talent for his album.  Besides King Chip, which we’ve heard on be featured on the first single of the anticipated Indicud, Kid Cudi has come out and said that he’s worked with Cage, Kanye West, Too $hort, Kendrick Lamar, A$AP Rocky, Jaden Smith, Pusha T, and RZA (starting to sound like a Game album).  Production wise, we should be expecting: Kid Cudi producing a good portion of the cuts, Kanye West, No I.D., 88-Keys, Dot Da Genius, and Ratatat.  On top of that with this news, he has been working on a track with indie band Haim.

Haim-2

“I got this group called Haim.  Yeah, they’re fuckin’ wicked. I love them. They came to the studio with dope energy. I’d work with them any day. They’re so dope. We were able to do a jam with something me and Hit-Boy did. It’s a song that we’ve been trying to make happen for, like, two years now. I had the idea to get the girls on it and we reworked the beat a little bit. That will definitely be on there.”

So on top of having the Haim sisters do some featured vocals and/or instrumentals on this track with Cudi, Hit-Boy will also be producing it.

Indicud drops April 23rd.  Be on the lookout for a third leak off the album until then.  If Kid Cudi continues to create his own unique sound, this album should make everyone’s top albums of the year lists before summer is even here.
