Greyhat rides his vocal samples through glitchy pools on “OMEN”

Greyhat is a rare catch. As some producers finish a beat and upload it instantly to SoundCloud, Greyhat marinates his production and lets out a gem to remind his fans that he’s still kept up perfecting his craft. “OMEN” is his latest and it further proves that Greyhat is continuously improving.

Greyhat has a sharp skill set when it comes to the way he flips and warps his vocal samples. It’s the main reason I can’t stop listening to the way he flipped “Adore You” by Miley Cyrus. On top of a bed of buzzing synthesizers, he has layers of stuttering vocal samples that sound illegible but create a distinct melody to lead the track.
