lilith
lilith is a genre-fluid producer, DJ, and multidisciplinary artist blending hip-hop, experimental electronic music, jazz, and footwork into a sound that is both deeply personal and exploratory. Driven by a fascination with the human experience and the strange ways people connect, her work explores identity and vulnerability through experimentation. Influenced by artists such as Flying Lotus, Hakushi Hasegawa, and Daedelus, she moves fluidly between chaotic electronic maximalism, spacious ambient textures, and jazz-informed composition.
Their noticeable rise has already landed them placements with avant-garde rappers like Ghais Guevara and Al.Divino, as well as doing live sound design for their friends’ performances at Gov Ball 2024. Currently, lilith is channeling their creative energy into live performances, with two additional albums in the works.
Born in New Jersey, lilith cut their teeth in music early on, but it wasn’t until they found solace in
online communities during 2020 that their sound truly became realized. With the support of close friends and family – including their parents who gifted them the SX that sparked their passion for the SP404 – they aim to make their music a timestamp in their listener’s lives, just as it marks pivotal moments in theirs. From their high school days of sampling anything they could find to their current status as a rising DJ and producer, lilith is a budding talent fueled by a desire to inspire and connect— and they’re just getting started.
